Terrain Tamer has developed a range of Handbrake Kits & brake upgrade kits which are perfect for a Landcruiser Handbrake upgrade. Handbrake Kits include radius ground brake shoes, as well as all springs, retainers, pins, pivots, etc. required for an overhaul of the Handbrake system.
Perhaps most importantly, the kits also include a dogbone strut which is slightly longer than the original unit fitted to Landcruiser models. OE Manufactured to Terrain Tamer tooling, the modified dogbone strut is Australian-made and acts to provide a stronger hold and remove some of the wear that develops in pivot points, pull pins, etc. over time.
